Who we are

SignatureForever (signatureforever.com) is a service of VARGER Group LLC, a Texas, USA company. By using it you accept these terms.

What the service does

It lets you design email signatures, export them as HTML, and host the images you use in them.

Account

You need an account to save signatures and upload images. You are responsible for what you upload: you must have the right to use any logo, photo, or text you include. Illegal, misleading, offensive, or impersonating content is not allowed.

Free plan

It includes one signature, export to the main email clients, and image hosting for 12 months from upload. After that period, images belonging to accounts that never made a payment may stop being served.

“Signature Forever” — one-time $9 USD payment

It is not a subscription. With it, the images you uploaded to your account are marked permanent: we keep serving them for as long as SignatureForever exists, even if you never pay again or close your account.

It includes premium templates, up to three signatures, and unlimited edits. The amount is also credited toward your first subscription, if you ever take one.

Subscriptions (Living Signature, Teams, Business, Scale, and add-ons)

They are charged in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically. We email you 7 days before each renewal.

You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for and nothing else is charged. Current prices are at /precios; if they change we tell you at least 30 days in advance and they apply from your next renewal.

Refunds

Any payment — one-time or subscription — is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the charge, by writing to soporte@signatureforever.com. After that period there is no refund, but you can cancel so you are not charged again.

Image permanence

This is our core promise and we keep it in practice: permanent images live on a delivery network that is independent of your payment status. We do not guarantee 100% availability (no service on the internet can), but we do guarantee that we never switch your images off because you stopped paying.

If SignatureForever ever shut down, we would give at least 90 days' notice and make it easy to download your images.

Artificial intelligence features

Some features process the text or image you give us with third-party models to generate suggestions. Always review the result; generated legal text (for example, confidentiality notices) is indicative only and is not legal advice.

Ownership

You keep all rights to your content. We keep the rights to the software, the templates, and the SignatureForever brand. We give you a license to use the exported HTML and the templates in your own signatures, without limits.

Availability and changes

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes are announced by email 30 days in advance.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for how a third-party email client displays your signature.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas, unless the law of your country gives you different rights you cannot waive.
