What data we collect

• Account: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and photo Google shares with us.
• Content: the data you put in your signatures (name, job title, phone, social profiles, etc.) and the images you upload.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; from Stripe we only receive a customer identifier and the payment status.
• Signature usage (only on plans with analytics): when someone opens an email carrying your signature, we log the date and an anonymous summary of the IP address (not the full IP) and the browser, so we can show you how many views it had. We do not identify whoever opens your email.
• Technical: error logs to keep the service running.

What we use them for

To give you the service, charge you for what you signed up for, notify you about renewals and changes, answer support requests, and improve the product. If you use the AI features, we send the text or image you give us to a model provider solely to generate the response.

Who we share them with

Only with the providers we need in order to operate, under contract: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (image hosting), Resend (email delivery), OpenRouter (AI features), Vercel (web hosting), and Sentry (error logging). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Permanent images

If you paid for “Signature Forever” or any subscription, your images are kept indefinitely, because that is the service you bought. You can ask us to delete them at any time (section 8), understanding that signatures already sent will stop displaying them.

How long we keep them

For as long as you have an account. Images on free accounts, 12 months from upload. Payment records, for as long as tax law requires (usually 7 years). When you delete your account, we erase your data within 30 days except for what the law requires us to keep.

Where they are stored

On servers in the United States. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another country with transfer rules, by using the service you accept that transfer; we use providers with standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, correction, download, or deletion of your data, and object to certain uses, by writing to soporte@signatureforever.com. We answer within 30 days at most. If you are in California you also have CCPA rights; if you are in the EU/UK you have GDPR rights, and you can complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We only use the ones needed to keep your session working and remember your language. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Minors

The service is for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access restrictions per user, and secrets kept in an encrypted vault. No system is infallible; if a breach affected you, we would tell you without delay.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we email you before it takes effect.
